Ordered online. That went fine. Monitored the progress online. After they said my pizza was on the way, it took almost 30 minutes to get here. Mind you I live 4 blocks literally from the store. The gluten-free crust was to tough to even bite. It was cold. The driver had the wrong pizza at my door. Had to go back to her car to get it. Hence the not even warm food. I had hip replacement surgery 2 weeks ago and am alone. I thought this would be a good solution to have a warm dinner. So for $16+ dollars I got nothing but additional pain. Thank you Domino’s. Good job. Tried to leave this on their website where I ordered, it wouldn’t let me. Surprise surprise.

Ordered twice. First time the order was incorrect. Second time, my pizza was cold. Don't waste your time with them. Pizza hut down the street is way better. I Will not order from this location again.

Management and Staff are very rude. Ordered online, that was great. Tracked order and my food sat for 40 minutes before leaving the store after it should have already been delivered. Called the store and it took 20 minutes for them to answer the first time for the guy to hang up on me. Called again and the manager answered and was rude from the start. Asked for a refund and she refused. The food was cold and one sandwich was inedible because they threw it in the box. I will not order from this store again. I've emailed corporate and I'm awaiting a response. They need to hire people at this store who have common sense and aren't rude as hell. Don't order from this location.

If you happen to read reviews before ordering, DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION. I almost never leave reviews but I’ve lived near this location for years and only recently has it really gone downhill. The employees don’t care enough to actually quality check the pizzas they send out. I also don’t think they have very many delivery drivers anymore so it WILL take forever to get delivered to you. I’ve had many problems with deliveries AND pick-ups here. I love Domino’s but you’re really better off trying to order from another location.
Although Domino’s has the pizza tracker in their app, in order to make the delivery time seem shorter, they’ll change the step it’s in such as going from “quality check” to back to “baking” and it’ll be left there until, I’m assuming, a driver is available. I can’t blame their shortage of drivers but they could at least use all the extra time to actually cook their pizzas through thoroughly.

Honestly, if I could give them zero stars I would! I ordered a pizza online. It was delivered to my house and we opened the box and the pizza was wrong. Which was not the problem, we then immediately called the store to tell them we had clearly gotten the wrong order. We were on hold for 20 mins and no one answered! So we drove to the store ( still on hold) when we got to the store we told the worker at the counter what had happened. She acted completely rude and disinterested in the problem. Then the worker tried to blame us for the mistake! We eventually talked to the manager and finally got the right food ordered. When we asked for a refund the manager said "Let me make the pizza first". How about you address the fact your store just blamed us for your mistake? Eventual got the correct pizza after a 2 hour ordeal. Save your self the time, money and energy and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
And then we got home with the new pizza and the ORDER WAS STILL WRONG
