I decided to treat my self to getting my nails done since I haven’t had it done in a while and I am starting a new job tomorrow. I went to Bella’s for the first time and wanted to give it a try since the reviews are good and I drive by all of the time.
It went down hill fast. They were rude and seemed to be laughing and making fun of what I asked for. I asked for a manicure and a design. I had a photo to reference, which I do understand that they cannot always make it the exact same as the photo but what I got, I could have done on my own. I got red nails with black French manicure style tip to a point. The lines are incredibly uneven some of the nail polish, didn’t even go down the side of my nail. She rushed through it. Her and another technician that was standing over me, watching my nails get done, we’re laughing and pointing at the colors and my nails. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I felt like I was being treated like I didn’t have any money or could afford their services. When in fact I originally went in there prepared to get better packages and possibly a pedicure. They acted like I was a inconvenience. I will not be going back.
The only plus I saw was that the salon is pretty and is well-kept and clean.

I went yesterday for the first time, because of the good reviews. I was met with speedy service, a liner in the pedicure bowl, alcohol and cleaning agents and new tools. Evan was a gentleman right from the beginning, laying a towel over my lap, since I had a dress on and making sure to be super careful and professional. I had a very sore ingrown toenail on my big toe that he took care of very efficiently. Normally if I had something like that taken care of by any other nail tech, my toe would be sore and hurting. But today I have no pain, or swelling and I can honestly say I am super impressed.
Thank you so much! I will be back! Evan is the best!

Mediocre pedicure at best. For $48+ tip, I expect better. Paint is very thick & not consistently applied to nail. Big toe nail was cut diagonally.

Updated review: This place used to be amazing, but now it's just ok. Sure the décor is nice, but what isn't nice is the attitude of many of the staff. I literally have been going here since they opened yet I only let Trinh do my pedicure after many bad experiences including an infected toe!! Other have bad attitudes and will either put you down or make comments that aren't welcome. I am a strong Army Vet but I am not trying to pay people for a service only to feel belittled. Additionally, any time I ever got gel nail polish it came off within days. I once got a manicure before a trip to Italy and within 3-4 days my nails looked horrible, I felt like a bum.

Called ahead to ask if I needed an appointment and they assured me I would be taken care of. I had my toddler coming with me for her first nail paint. We came, sat down with a technician, she was rough and fast with my toddlers nails. She left us with the fan blowing for her to dry her nails and 2 minutes later we were asked to move spots because the technitions late appointment showed up. We moved. We were asked to move again because another customer came in after us and the other technician was going to see the next customer. My daughters nails never had the opportunity to dry and there was polish everywhere on her hands except her nails at this point. I was never seen to get my manicure so I ended up leaving. Terrible experience. So unprofessional and will never come back.
