They refuse to accept a tip on your debit or credit card and try to force you into tipping a certain amount. When I tried to hand over my tip, the lady basically pushed it back at me and told me it wasn’t enough. Then she showed me a sign on their desk that tells foreigners they MUST tip 20% or more. When I would not give in to tipping the exact amount they wanted and explained why I tipped the amount I did and how I truly did not have to tip anything at all, they tried to tell me New York law mandates tipping above 20%.

I was told that a manicure would be $15. After the manicure, I was told that the manicure was $20. The reason was because they thought that I had asked them to use a special abrasive pad which, by the way, costs $5. I never asked for that but had instead thought I asked for a clear coat which they never gave me. I believe this was an honest misunderstanding but am shocked that there was no mention of the additional cost. It is like If they were to have asked if I want red or blue nail polish and I then pick blue, and then afterward they say by the way the blue you asked for was an extra $5.
Nor did they use any nail hardener or base coat, and they cut my nail so that it bled extensively. She said to wash my hands after but did not offer a sink to do this in and provided no bandage or anything to stem the significant bleeding. I am shocked they did not charge me an additional $5 for the gauze to wipe away the blood,
I will obviously never come back here. They do however seem to treat their employees well.

A desastre of experiance. Very low quality service (Mimi) she does not provide massages. Not interest,, expensive for the quality.

Go see Helen and Kim they're amazing What a lovely place I would come here again and again if I lived close by however let me tell you all of the ladies who came in here or so please with all the services. Is over accommodating and kind sweet generous and offering of water and help.
I highly recommend a place for rape set a Nails a great massage and good service
