Horrible. I asked for a mani/pedi combo with acrylics. Not only did they not do the routine hand pamper before the acrylics, they did a horrendous job with the gel nails. I asked for a square oval shape with a fun yet classy length. I was not informed that due to the nail length, I would not be able to have the shape I wanted. It was a rush job, no attention to the finer details. And the pedicure... I didn't get the hot towel, the massage was a joke, AND they charged extra to exfoliate the bottoms of my feet. It is most certainly a quantity over quality business. They are not practiced in the newer techniques, nor do they take pride in their work. I will not be returning and I recommend you go somewhere else. Or wait to get your nails done if it is the only salon with openings.

Hi. I would give 0 Stars if I could. I went to this salon last week to have gel polish removed from my fingernails since my regular salon was closed. Although the nail technician was nice, she was very incompetent with regards to removing gel polish. She applied acetone and covered my nails with plastics covers, up to 5 seperate times, trying to remove the gel. She scraped, picked, and eventually she and another technician used nail files resembling very rough sandpaper to remove the gel. I had requested a regular manicure with buff, no polish. I was charged an addtl $5 for buff. My nails are in the worst condition of my entire life. They are thin, brittle, dry and were constantly breaking, so I had to cut them down as short as I possibly could. I will NEVER go back to this salon and would NEVER recommend it to anyone else.

The manager or owner is really attentive, really good place.
