Prices are way too gift for eye quality is services received. I for my nails done and had to come back a week later to get it fixed only for it to chip the next day. The lady who did my nails was too rough leaving the drill in the same place too long. It was a horrible experience and I DO NOT recommend coming here. The quality DOES not match its prices. Fill in for 45? Absolutely not! I've had better service in the hood for $23. 0 stars for me.

I made an appointment and received a quick dip manicure (~45 minutes). I loved my nail tech Grace. She did a fantastic job on the design I got for Valentines! I recommend this place to anyone looking to get their nails done right in an efficient time.

The service of this place is not reflective of the ambiance and environment of this establishment. For thee amount of money that I have spent here I am not pleased with the service that was provided. First and for most the Health and safety concerns were not being addressed properly. I sat in a massage chair that had nail dust on it. You could see residue everywhere which lets me know they aren’t sanitizing. The staff was rude and dismissive. I did not feel welcome or catered to. Almost $100 later....I don’t recommend this place.

Absolutely loved it. Relaxing yet elegant environment. Polite, skilled employees. Definitely making this a regular thing.

We called prior to visiting the salon today to ask if we needed appointments. We were told to come on that they took walk ins. We asked for two pedicures and we were seated together. The chair I was seated in had used paraffin wax from a previous customer in the tub (I have pictures.) The seat beside it was the same. The tech started my friends pedi without even acknowledging me. My friend asked when would I be serviced and she stated soon. I sat and watched several others come in and get immediate service. After about 30 minutes waiting, I spoke up and asked when would I be serviced. She spoke to another employee in a different language then stated to me that someone would be coming right away. I sat another 15 minutes. My friend was getting her toes painted when I decided to get up and leave. No one acknowledged me leaving or showed any concern for why I left. The facility is nice but everything that glitters isn’t gold. The chair tubs were not clean! The staff is rude and definitely have an issue with darker complexion customers. I have two gift cards here and actually bought my friends gift card as a gift to try somewhere new. I have no plans to return here!
