I used to get my nails done a long time ago. Then I got a job where I couldn't have even clear nail polish on. I worked there for over 10years, and when i left i decided that I was going to start getting my nails done again.
The nail place that I used to go closed. So I started going to Hi tek nails. At first they were great, and usually they're very nice always asking how i am.
I went in the other day & the guy nail tech kept falling a sleep as he was doing my nails. There was more than once that I hac to wake him. I also had to tell him, repeatedly that he was hurting me.
I don't like to complain, & I know that everyone has a bad day once in a while. So I didn't say anything.
After going home I took a closer look at my nails & decided that I was going to have to call them.
If it wasn't for that, & the fact that it says "air brush" in the window & on their price board, but they don't actually do airbrush. If it wasn't for that I would have given them 5 stars.

I hate to give someone’s livelihood a bad review but I feel so disappointed. I came here with my sisters and we left the 6 kids at home. We were so ready for some pampering! I work in the industry and know how important sanitation is. I literally watched them dump out a bowl of used water and fill it with warm water for me to use. Then when it came to file and the nail tech reached over and grabbed the file I watched them use on the person next to me. It’s only been 3 days and my gel nails are already starting to come up around the edges.

Will never come here again! They did a horrible job and didn’t want to fix my nails. Take your service somewhere else. I would come here because it was close to home and they did an okay job. Now they are always in a hurry and do not really care!

My family has been going here for as long as I can remember, especially when it was ran by Stacy, but since the owner changed the quality has gone down and prices have gone up. Went in last Thursday for shellac and it’s already coming off and chipping. Plus I was charged $15 more than I should have been. Won’t be coming back.
