I've been going here since 2005. In between that time I have tried a few others and I swear it was their first time compared to this place. Polite, hospitable, experience. Plus can't beat prices that make sense.

Been getting my hair snipped here for a while. Friendly, never crowded, reliable, quick. Men's cuts are $8 or 9 -- I can't remember. Anyway: cheap, so give a nice tip as thanks.

The woman misunderstood what I wanted, and refused to do anything about it. She would neither fix it or offer me a discount. When I said that I shouldn't have to pay $45 when my color was not what I wanted, she had a family member run next door for men to come and intimidate me. This was the worst customer service experience of my life. I know from the past that she's terrible at acrylic nails too and has no business offering them. I know this because she has done my nails several years ago, and not from word of mouth as was stated. I admit to not asking to be bleached to blonde, but this is something that should have been asked. I assumed all bleaching was to lift to blonde. I think most people who don't do hair for a living believe this. At no point was I quoted $55. I can only assume the other $10 was for the trim, but $45 was the only quote given to me. I should have known better. Every salon on Foster but hers was busy that morning. That should have been my first clue. If those men were there to witness, why was she screaming, and why did three of them come running in as if I were threatening her in any way? I'm not lying about a thing. You used to leave in the afternoon to get your daughter from school. I tried to tell you I'd been there years before, but like with everything else, you made assumptions and didn't listen to me. Whatever. Your lack of business in comparison to every other salon on Foster says it all. And who is this we you're talking about. You are the only person working there. I had to recut my bangs also because you missed a bunch. It must be hard being so terrible at your chosen profession. I feel sorry for you. Happy New Year. In short if you want an untalented hack who calls you a liar, she's your girl. I'm done here. Just read her response if you want to know how she handles herself when things get tough.

She gave me what I wanted for a hair cut, I'm going to go back maybe Monday to see if she can color my hair.

I'm very picky when it comes to getting my haircut and this place is amazing. Very friendly as well. affordable prices on a variety of services this place has to offer I love it. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a quality great haircut for an affordable price. I would give this place 100 stars if I could.
