I made an appt for 11am when I walked in they acted like they had no appt for me. Lady that done my nails not sure if she’s very experienced but I won’t be back here. My nails look horrible... all bumpy and I get dip powder on my own nails. First time here, I’m town visiting my boyfriend, next time I’m sticking to my nail tech! My nails are uneven also, if I could get a refund I would want my money back and I also got a color change on my toes I said I wanted white and she puts a pearly see through whites on my toes. I won’t be back that’s for sure.

Was very unsatisfied I drive from Tyler to treated unfairly like my green money don't spend. I waited probably 20mins to get in a chair nails needed polish and was then moved to another chair where my nail tech could start and finish someone else's nails then was asked to move back to the chair that I started in where the tech rush polished my nails. When I walked in I wasn't greeted so l politely sat down and waited another person came in two steps be hind me and was greeted and asked what she needed. She toll that I was there first. When I left no one said thank u or anthing

I tried this place out not too long ago and loved it! They are super nice & friendly and they do a really good job. I got a pedicure & full set and both looked awesome!

I went for a manicure and the man rushed, he did not get nails straight, he did not clean nails out, and put a dot of clear in center of each nail. Basically he soaked my nails and cut cuticles. Poor job for a plain manicure. The individual that went with me, had someone else do her manicure and her nails were cleaned out, filed even, and 2 coats of clear polish. I will not go back.

Great service! David and his wife are great owners who are exceptionally passionate about their business and clientele. Their staff is so very friendly and the quality if their work is wonderful. Tina has done my nails for the last several months and I’m a big fan. ♥️ They just gave me my valentines fix and the color is swoon-worthy! Thank you Deluxe Nails!!! I’m a very happy customer. 💅
