This place is always so crowded and the aisles are so cramped...much better on a week day morning... most of the staff comes off as obnoxious except for Luis in the fragrance section -- shout out to my man Luis.
In all seriousness though they really should have better organization here, or all least up the staff on weekends/holiday season. It's a mess.
I will say that the woman who did my facial did a fabulous job though.

Okay normally I am NOT the kind of person to complain, but I came into this Sephora last night and was treated so badly by one of the associates. It was 7:30 and the mall closed at 9 so I understand that they were starting to clean up. I came in looking for a specific product to get quick and leave and I approached an associate who was mopping to direct me where to find this product. Well I almost stepped on her mop job and she looked at me and threw her hands up and said “Can you just like not?!” motioning towards her cleaning. I get it, you want to leave it’s almost closing. I worked in retail and food service so I know about wanting to leave but it’s just rude. I’m sorry.

Recently went here to find a new perfume and experienced amazing customer service. Louis was the most helpful and very easy to approach . I myself have learned a lot and know a lot about perfumes . It is very rare to meet someone in the perfume department that is knowledgeable regarding tones/ scents of certain perfumes. Right away he asked which scents I usually like and what I currently wear . And within seconds he already knew what to recommend. He knew how to juggle multiple customers and was very professional . I really appreciated that he gave me a sample to take home and I’m so glad he did . The perfume he choose for me , set on me so well , I went home and bought that exact perfume . Thank you Louis for all the help . Also by the way , I bought the Kilian Adult Perfume , truly unique and hands down my favorite perfume out of the 8 others that I own .

Every time I come in here, the lady in the pantsuit is always breathing down my neck. Very rude. The Sephora inside JCPenney has better staff.
