While I feel that the customer service was pretty okay (could use some improvement), I felt that the quality of the work is lacking significantly. I had French tip gel polish. They say it should be good for 2 weeks, but after 2 days I had chipping! The woman said to come in for a touch up for free, but then again, 2 days later, chipping! It makes me question the quality of their materials, honestly, because it seemed she did the right things. I will not be going back there.

Worst experience of my entire life at a nail salon! I spent $85 for absolutely nothing. I always go to DIVA Nails in Hampton, VA(best nail shop around). Well, I just moved too Smith-field, VA and even though I was skeptical about trying somewhere new I wanted to find a a new home salon that was closer to me. The woman who did my pedicure had the water so cold during my pedicure I didn't put the foot that she was not working on in the water. I informed her it was cold she "adjusted" the water but it didn't get any warmer. Then she waved to me to put my feet back in and the water was extremely hot. She didn't even finish my pedicure instead another woman took it over. The first woman didn't even know how to remove the jail polish off of my toe nails. I was also charged $10 just for them to remove the gel and put new gel polish on(I have never heard of this) I also got a full set with gel color 'coffin shape" and every single nail is uneven and not put on correctly. I was bounced around between to different techs because they were "busy". Disappointed isn't even the word. I should have left when I first arrived and it took two people to remove my tips since I needed a new set. My home salon gets tipped great from me! Quinn at DIVA nails gets tipped $30 every time and my eyebrow woman $10. I have never walked out of any establishment providing service to me without tipping until this place. OH! And I asked for the wifi password she told me to 'hold on' and never winded up telling me it.

Relaxing pedicure and nice acrylic nail job. Great + friendly service.

Powder nails are wonderful! The staff is very friendly and prices are good.

XTC is my favorite go to nail salon.
The prices are great, the workers are very friendly, and it's clean.
Kim (Vy) always does my pedicures and does exactly what I want. I highly recommend this place.
