I love this nail salon. Very friendly atmosphere. Kelly is the only one I go to since she is the only person who knows what I like and can do my nails the way I want them to look. I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails as I work with the public on a daily basis and I like my hands to be very presentable and she nails it every single time!

I went to this place about a week ago or so and wanted something super simple, an American manicure (some people say French fade). I have very bad anxiety so I got there as soon as they opened so there wouldn’t me a crowd of people inside. The wait time was very short so I’ll give them that. I sat down and told her what I wanted and she started. She glued the tips on extremely fast which was nice however one of them was placed on crooked lol, no big deal yet. She cut the nails longer than I wanted (an extra $5 I didn’t need to pay but I thought she did that so she could have room to file). Moving forward she started filing the nails and she cut my cuticle on three different fingers and all the nails were different lengths. After adding the acrylic she filed them again and let me go wash my hands. While at the sink I didn’t look at my hand because I just wanted her to finish and leave. She applied the gel top coat, let me cure it, wiped my hands clean and let me leave.
Now, after leaving I get into the car and notice all the things wrong. She left top coat all on my fingers, there’s some acrylic on my fingers and then I noticed the cuts on my cuticle and how extremely long they were. Also noticed some fingers has divots where she didn’t make the acrylic an even coat.
I went home and took matters into my own hands, I cleaned up around my skin as close as I could get to my nails without getting nail polish remover into the cuts. I filed them down to the length I told her in the first place and then I decided to go out and purchase a nude nail polish because of how awful the “American manicure” looked.
All in all, I won’t be back and won’t recommend anyone go here.
