I always have a great experience with Rhonda. She is always professional, skilled and personable. In addition to serving up beautiful manicured nails, my nails have remained healthy. I love her work!

Rhonda is very professional and very skilled in her profession. I have been her customer for at least ten years and am very satisfied with her quality of work on my nails and the Minx covering for my toes.

I thought that I’d be going to someone who was very professional and that was not the case. Rhonda is super loud, oh, and let’s not forget she ran late (I don’t understand how they expect the client to be on time but not themselves).
Also, when I get my nails done, I like to enjoy my peace, not know everybody’s business because she wants to talk on the phone 95% of my service! I was definitely confused as well when I got to the shop because there was no sign that said “Nails by Rhonda”, instead, the Shop is called “Shine Nails”, I should have been iffy about her service at that point because clearly she was false advertising as if she owned the shop, but, I support black businesses and still stayed and waited to be serviced.
And as if that wasn’t enough, I was under the impression that she does tips, lashes and eyebrows but when I came in she said she didn’t do any of the services listed above so I had to opt for a gel manicure because that’s all she offered. I always speak the truth and honestly, I won’t be back to get serviced by her. People need to realize that sometime the first impression last a lifetime!
