Went there get my nails done today. I asked for a specific design. I showed the lady and asked if she would be able to do it. She said yes and that it would cost extra. I said ok no problem. The lady starts to do my nails and starts to speak in her language. I myself am bilingual and don’t mind when someone speaks their language. However I do mind if You speak I’m ur language and i Can understand every other word which in this case is design. Not only that but the lady doesn’t even do the design I asked for but she just puts the gel polish on and says ok that’s all. Never does she once mention about the design or the fact that wasn’t able to do it. It’s one thing if I asked and you had said that I’m sorry I can’t do it but to agree and then not give the customer what they had asked for 🤔 so in short not only did I not get my design but I also just got brushed off because she had already gotten up in between my service to seat other customers. Like I wasn’t getting the service for free 😡

Went to have a fill and pedicure done Tracy did my pedicure super nice she did an awesome job but Jimmy did my fill it was horrible the worst person I’ve ever been to my nails are un even one of them wasn’t filled all the way you could still see the color of my old nail color and asked if he was going to fix that oh yes yes and no it did happen then to top it off he butchers my pinky with the drill there was blood all over my nail. You think they would charge you less but no. And like an idiot I had to go back to try and fix one of my nails because it was lifting I was there for over half an hour my nail still look awful he tried twice to fix it but was rushing the whole time and kept messing it up I finally said I have to go and left with my nail looking just as bad as when I got there. I will never have him do my fill again.

It was amazing!! I got an Honbre pink & white set. The staff is very attentive and polite. I felt very pampered and important. Thank you for making me feel so special.

Tina did a great job on my nail fill! My only complaint is how the people that work there often ignore their clients and speak their own language...I really hate that! Especially when you think you are having a conversation with that person and they rudely rip into conversation to someone across the room in a different language without an "excuse me"...not going back!!!! There are so many salons in this area!!!!
