They overcharged me for my pedicure and the attempt they made at a manicure was ridiculous. Uneven, not fully coated with color, and untrimmed cuticles. It took close to 3 hours to have it all done so I was anxious to leave and didn't notice the glaring imperfections. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I went in 9/6 to get a mani and pedi and they got me seated right away, water was scorching hot and I told the man and he didn't fix it till I refused to put my feet in it, while they were doing my nails they cut me and had me bleeding from 2 toe nails and cut me on my finger as well , then after they polished my nails guy tells me my nails were dry and they weren't and they messed up my polish when he checked my nails ! Never will go again! My cuts burned

if I could I would rate this place zero or lower. my mother in law comes here very often but the last three times she's come they have done a HORRIBLE job. mind you she spends about $40 every time she comes. she just got them done without bring painted about 3 days ago and I told her that they were too thin when she got home and that they were going to break. sure enough they broke. Today we go and drive out of our way because we don't live in calallen to tell them the poor job the man did and for him to fix it. he says that he does what client tells him to. yes he did them oval but did not put acrylic on the tip! it's COMMON sense that you put some on the entire nail so that it stays strong evenly throughout. even I know that and I don't do nails. he just kept repeating he does the work how client tells him to and when you go home and do things they will break. needless to say he didn't like when I told him oh yes she told you to do them thin so they'd break and she'll have to walk around with her hands in the air because she can't do anything. at that point he said he was done and we agreed he should be done with the profession. what's sad is that the owner and other employee was sitting there listening and just laughing. they did nothing to fix the problem even though they've already known of others complaining of this older man doing bad work. we won't pay for what you should have done right to begin with. shame on these people. I guess we should've listened to the lady that came in to complain when we first came in a while back lol.
