My wife was pampered and felt very much at ease. We arrived before the rush and were taken care of in a short time.

DAVID is the BEST!!!!!!! Dang....this is my favorite place. Walk-ins welcomed but if you want David ya betta make ya n appointment girls!!!!!!!! He's A-1, hands down, hats off, drop da mic, on point, amazing, and so much more!!!!!!!

When I first walked in there the service was great. The guy was trying to save me money I guess, because he did not want to take my nails off. The woman gave me exceptional service. She even hugged me afterwards. The second time was not good at all. The two women stood there and talked about me and everyone else in Vietnamese. She cut my nails to short. I was not satisfied, then she had the nerve to try and get smart at the waxing station. I did not like the way she waxed me. Sorry, I won't be returning.

First off the atmosphere is strange, and it isn’t very clean. I was 2nd to arrive at 9:45 and they still weren’t fully open I had to wait 15 mins got shuffled around then 10 more. The lady didn’t really speak to me except to ask what I wanted. I asked for the delux mani but didn’t get it. Luckily I wasn’t charged. I’m pretty sure dirty equipment was used on me. She painted my nails so fast they bubbled I wouldn’t have tipped but she requested payment up front. I also watched two ladie sit and wait and wait for pedis while they took people in front of them. They waited the entire time I was in there which was about an hour. I’m glad I don’t go to hartwell often, I will never go here again I’ll stick to my Athens nails salon.
