WOULD BE "0" STARS IF I COULD...Been there 1 time with the wife...it was 1 time too many...paid way too much for very poor quality...the "artist" couldn't even manage to paint a straight colored line across the french tip as an accent all 10 were crooked and uneven. My wife cried in the parking lot she felt so bad that i paid that much and her nails looked awful...stopped at a place closer to home got an amazing result for literally half the price.

Would be 0 if I could. Grandma Kim is so sweet but one of my nails is bumpy and I went to the nail salon 2 days ago and 1 already came off. And it cracked. Also I had to pay 30 dollars and they don't even look that good. I'll prbly never go here again.

Grandma Kim is awesome it's my daughter's first time getting her nails done and the service is amazing it's like she's a regular. We will definitely recommend any and everyone looking for great prices and service come here... tippy will be happy too

I visited this location 12/30/17. It took me about 20 minutes to get in with Kim as she was finishing up another customer. After being seated and telling her I wanted a full set of white tips she trys talking me into shellac, I refuse. She continues to tlk, shows me pictures of her work, breaks a glass putting her tablet and phone away, has to leave the shop to throw it away. By this time she'd been talking and messing around for at least 20 minutes, I started getting irritated to say the least. I thought about walking out when she went to throw that glass away, and I wish I would have, but i figured I'd already invested this much time lets just get it done. So, she came back and finally got started. Now, I'm all for making conversation, but this lady could not multitask and seemed to get upset when I stopped talking to her after over an hour of her doing my nails. I was infuriated by this time, she was only half way done and kept fooling around, getting someone who stopped in a present from the back room, having a coworker get her soup, messing with her phone, it was ridiculous! She commented on me not talking anymore saying "you know its okay to talk to people". It took everything in my power not to come unglued on this lady! I just told her I was in a hurry and theres no way it should be taking this long. At this point she finally starts working. 40 minutes later shes finally done. After this long and frustrating experience im not even happy with my nails. They are uneven and misshaped. Apparently alot of people dont mind this judging from the reviews. However, I am a working mom and do not want to spend 2-3 hours getting my nails done and there is no way it should take anywhere near that long. Just be prepaired to hang out in walmart talking all day if you take a chance with this place! Dont bring kids either, as Kim is not professional what so ever and will cuss and say whatever she pleases. All around bad business.. BEWARE!
