I've been going to Happy Nails for a while now and for the most part I've been pleased with my services. I usually only go there for gel pedicures and gel acrylics. For my nails, I prefer either Ping or Rose ONLY. For my pedi, anyone is fine. They always have a lot of people on staff so that helps cut down the wait time if you don't mind going to anyone. They also offer wine with your service.
