I've had bad experiences at places but they do AMAZING WORK HERE!! The owner Yen is so friendly and really cares about their guests :) it's so nice to find a place that is efficient and very friendly. Thank you for such a great experience. I will definitely be back :)

I made an appointment with my mom for a Thursday night. Even though we had a scheduled appointment we had to wait 30 minutes to even begin our pedicures because they had so many walk ins. They kept saying “oh everyone came at once.”
I made an appointment so I should have priority over walk ins.
My actual pedicure was great. The guy giving me a pedicure walked away when it was time to polish and then a women took over and she did a terrible job. It was so rushed. The paint became discolored over the following days. Super disappointed.
Their new location and chairs are really nice and clean.

First off, let me start by saying that the staff here is super friendly. The lady who did my nails was very nice - I was greeted the second I walked in the door. Price was pretty inexpensive, especially compared to what I've paid at other salons in the past. Unfortunately, the good things stopped right there. I asked for pink & whites - I'm not sure if they don't know what that is or if they don't have them or what. But, I asked for pink & whites and the girl says, "You want acrylics with white French tips." I said yes, but made entirely out of the powder acrylic material (I wanted to clarify just in case). She said okay and starts working on my nails. At first everything was going great... until, she built the entire nail with the acrylic instead of scraping the top part off for the white. I didn't say anything - I just let her work. Once she was done with the acrylics, she took white gel polish and gave me French tips. (Not what I asked for, but okay, whatever) I looked at them, they seemed fine. I paid $35 (like I said, I've paid a lot more in the past so I said fine), gave her a tip and left. The NEXT MORNING, the gel polish on both my thumb nails had started to chip. I started noticing my nails were cut crooked AND sitting on my nails crooked. Now here I am, not even a week later (5 days to be exact) and the polish is chipping on several of my nails and my acrylics have started to peel off my nails. Like if I went to a salon, they could just pop them off instead of soaking. Now instead of getting a fill, I'll have to go get an entire new set. I'm very upset. I will not go here again.

Got a pedicure here (only my second time ever getting one) and it was really good. The guy who did it was funny and made the experience very enjoyable! Just wish I had got his name so I could make sure to get him again.

So to start, this lady ripped off two of my acrylics with her bare hands. I told her how bad it hurt and she obviously didn’t care because she proceeded to do it anyway. Then, after my real nail was practically non-existent from her tearing it off my skin, she applied rubbing alcohol which felt like Satan was attacking my finger tips. She then proceeded to give me a french tip which literally looks like it was done by a pre-pubescent little boy. I will never go back to this establishment and I highly suggest you don’t either.
