I love the new management group here. Their maintenance team is absolutely exceptional. Their office team is amazing, through Covid, they were there to assist us with so much, I couldn’t be more grateful for them. Thank you all for making our living experience a rememberable one.

Nice community, very convenient to Metra station. Nice apartment. Giving 3 star for new management for following reason
- Not good on cleaning snow, specially in car parking area
- Adding unwanted recurring service charge for unwanted tech like smart home. No option to opt out and not paying $$ per month. This is being added for all renewal without informing in advance for current residents
- Guest parking is less and always full.

I would give negative stars if I could!! Maintenance is a joke here. Before moving in I requested multiple times for inspecting my apt. They always said maintenance is still working on it. Washer and dryer, microwave are broke and no one mentioned it. They atleast replaced the washer and dryer after 10 days of move in. Microwave is yet to be replaced after 6 months of move in( again It was not informed before move in I had to raise a ticket after moving in). I can’t even use the vent and surface light since they unplugged the connection because of microwave. Parking is terrible. Parking spots and walk way ice will not be shoveled. Move in is a terrible mistake!! Staff here is very rude and don’t know what they are doing/talking!
Oh and my friend who referred me here back in Aug is yet to receive here referral amount!

I had the best experience you could ever have, viewing the place, the experience was great, the management is amazing very nice and polite people. Especially Dante really great guy. I highly recommend this place for anyone with a family or even without one absolutely perfect. Dante gave me the tour showed me around and I was sold instantly!! and they told me it would take 24-48 hours for me to get approved, I got approved in less then 19 hours!! FIVE STARS ALL OVER THE BOARD!!
