Do not go with Omar! A while back he did my hair and left it awful not even close to what i asked in color or style! I asked for my redound but he insisted to fix it .. i reached out twice for an appointment and he told me to wait and never contacted me again. Ended up going with someone else who on top of his mistakes was able to get me the color and style i wanted wasted my time and money with him while i put my full trust on him. I take good care of my hair and spend a lot of money so he could just ruin it. Please do not waste your time on going with him.

Pablo does , DID great hair! Not sure what happened when he was suppose to trim my hair after initial cut....hungover,just out of bed??? He doctored/styled my cut before leaving the salon. So I wouldnt notice the horrible cut. What was worse he wouldn't own up to the horrible job he did. Then he has the AUDACITY to call me if I was going to keep the scheduled appointment? Too many hair color fumes....

Very upsetting I went to this salon for a year I was a loyal customer everything was great at first I loved my hair but eventually I started to notice my hair was falling out and the color was not the same I payed $200 for the bleaching and highlights. The top of my hair looks great but the underneath layers are badly burned they didn’t touch the roots of my hair in multiple sections, I had long hair down to my waist but the products they used damaged my hair so bad that I decided to chop it all off to shoulder length. I don’t know if they change their products because of financial problems but i did see over time my hair falling out and getting damaged. For anyone planning to go make sure you talk to whoever does your hair and don’t be naive you should paying for quality work .

Horrible customer service, they truly do not care about how their customers feel about the job they do. Not even willing to improve upon a poorly done job. Not worth the money. Go somewhere else, more friendly. You’ll be better off.
