I went in for a basic gel manicure and pedicure and then decided to put acrylic on my nails and asked for white polish. The acrylic was done good but look at the polish and this is the 2nd time. So the owner was angry that I expressed my feelings about how the polish was not professional looking. She said I should not complain and I told her its my money and she cant tell me how to feel about a service I am receiving. I wasnt yelling screaming just letting her know I wasnt satisfied. I asked for my pedicure money to be refunded so I can take me business elsewhere. Many more salons to frequent in the Canarsie area.
