When my lady was filing my nails she was very aggressive. Then when she was using the drill around my cuticle she was drilling on my skin which caused me to bleed on three different fingers. That lady that was working on my nails I felt wasn’t paying as much attention as she should of (talking, looking around while doing my nails, and stopping to help someone real quick) But the end result was not terrible.

I was questioning it when the price was so low but then when I got their for the appointment their was only one lady their. As she moved through to girls, not including myself, my cuticle was ripped of and I was left bleeding. She was nice but I couldn't understand her, mani-pedies are supposed to feel nice I was almost crying..it was like she was chopping my foot off.

A layer of my skin was ripped off when they waxed my eyebrows! Also they did not wait until the polish was dry to do a design and argued with me when the design did not stay white!

horrrriibllle dooont gooo theree. sloppy work doing acrylic and when I told them to clean it up they tried to cute the nail polish off my nail and it left my two nail cuticles bleeding

Kate does a great job cutting hair. She is very friendly and nice. Wendy the owner is very nice too.:) I like going here.
