I have been going to this salon for about a year (this is an updated review). The turn over is high. I have never met the same manager or technicians when I visit about once a month. It can be hit or miss in getting an very experienced technician. I fortunately have had good experiences overall and all the technicians speak English well which is something some clients desire. The number one reason I return is it is rarely busy and I can get immediate service without an appointment. I don't get any intricate work done so my services are basic and straightforward. I like the Mango Mimosa, the music is pleasant and often whoever is there is friendly.

My third experience in this wonderful salon. Staff is more than accommodating with their luxury amenities, including fresh mango juice and champagne . This is a great experience from start to finish

Very relaxing, clean and beautiful atmosphere. The staff was very attentive. Lynn was amazing with the pedicure and the dip manicure..

My experience at Prana Nails Lounge today was a very great and relaxing experience. My nail person was Tiffany and she is great. I felt loving my nails. Very great quality. You get what you pay for. I recommend it 100%
