I’ve used this nail salon a few times over the years and I’d be lying if I said they aren’t my go to shop. However, the work isn’t consistent. This isn’t a place where I’d feel comfortable getting a fill in done by anyone. A polish change on my feet? No issue. But a fill in, I’d say find that person you enjoy and book with them. You also would be better off booking an appointment. I did a walk in for a polish change on my toes and after the 1.5 hr wait, was glad I circled a pedicure because just a polish change wouldn’t of been worth the wait.

The first time I came I had a wonderful experience. But this second time was not pleasant. I asked for a fill and the tech was working very rushed. And she did a sloppy job on painting and filing. She didn't instruct me to wash my hands so when I was "done" file shavings were all over my hands. She left clear nail polish on my fingers and she filed my nails after she painted them. Now the sides of my nails have no polish. Overall just sloppy and rushed.

The pedicure is always completed nicely. The wait time is EXTREMELY LONG. When you enter the young lady always states its a 20-30 minute wait. I waited over an hour at times. Thats unacceptable. I have tried to make appointments and the lady says no need, just walk in. Then I have a long wait time. I think they need to be more honest about how long the wait will actually be.

This lady did my nails and she did not clean my nails up they had nail polish all over my finger and my toes also are messy plus all the colors I wanted they didn’t have so they really need to get more polish honestly I was not happy with the service and I don’t recommend them to you guys.

I used this salon on a few occasions. Cici was great at applying my permanent eyebrows. No concerns from her or a few of the other nail techs. The receptionist on the other hand is a WHOLE different story. I called a week in advance to attempt a gel manicure, just to be told they don’t take appointments. Upon arrival at opening on Saturday morning, I signed my name and sat for 1.5 hours. When I finally asked when it would be my turn, she told me I could come back at 5:30pm. Also letting several people ahead of me. So, had I have asked about my turn, would I have been sitting there 8 hours? Very rude receptionist and extremely uneducated on her job.
