First time, charged me $5 more for a mani-pedi because I had buff instead of polish. Never had that happen at other salons. Mediocre mani-pedi. They won’t see me ever again. Don’t they realize there is a nail salon on every other block in this area?

I’ve been going there for years and the former manager was very on top of the salon keeping it clean, staff was friendly and I never saw him turn away a costumer. Now with switch in management, staff has gotten lazy, rude and one woman even turned me away one eve because she was going to close in 35 min and didn’t have enough time to do a quick manicure (with no other customers present). Disappointed and have since gone to Dazzle down the street. Great customer service there.

Henry was awesome. And Sue who did my mom's nail was great too. We are both extremely happy with the service and we will definitely be back!

there rasist and dont even do a good job. A black man came innn the shop and the lady at the counter imedettly said dont kill me and he came in to give his wife a tip to give to the lady. There very rude. Smack your hands when they want you to move them. Amd the nail polish were all over my hands. HORRIBLE DONT GO THERE!!!
