I took my 6 year old here for her 1st manicure. She wanted a very specific Hello Kitty on her thumb so I made sure to call ahead of time to see that the manicurist could do nail art. Ouynh was super friendly and had time for us that day. Before our appointment she even researched different designs and texted me the pictures. She was very friendly when we showed up and extremely patient when my daughter fidgeted. We were super pleased with her pricing and A+ for effort. Instead of the typical rude and abrupt attitude often associated with manicurists, she was extremely friendly and patient. I would return for myself and my daughter.

I had the best experience with this salon! She went above and beyond. To start of with I was late.... like 20 minutes late. In my defense I don't live in Santa Cruz and got lost trying to find the salon. But she honored my appointment. I got a mani pedi and it was by far the best I've had. She was awesome! I highly recommend!
