Shouldn’t even have 1 star. The lady I had(not my normal by the way) assured me that putting the acrylic on my natural nails would be better and the nail wouldn’t break. This is after I told her to cut my natural nails down to put the new set on. After talking me out of it twice, I got my nails done how she suggested. I’m a stay at home mom and never once have I broken a nail because of anything I do. I now have 3 broken nails! Oh, and they won’t fix it! They’ll “give me a discount “ I paid $60 for this! I’ll never go back there!

Rushed, for the first time I got my nails done (dip powder) for my anniversary and one popped off "only" 3 days after I got them done. People asked if I had press-on nails. I got it fixed no problem another come off less in a week. What a waste of $55!!! I don't do any laborious work, you basically have to sit around and literally not lift a finger! What a rip off! I will not bother returning.

Love this place and I am never disappointed in their product but I almost always forget to have cash on me for tipping. Bring back the availability of tipping with your credit card. This is the only thing that drives me crazy about this place.

My friend and I went for a pedicure there, and my friend got a nice and approachable cosmetologist, while I got one with a short and bad attitude. This is my last time going there, because I am very unimpressed with the service. I’d absolutely recommend a different nail salon.

I have been here several times since it’s near where I live. Typically I get ok service, but it’s never been the best mani or pedi I’ve gotten in the Dayton area.
Last Thursday I went to get my gel polish removed and to get a new help color. It was around 8 but still a large amount of people in the salon. The service itself was ok like normal but the technician did a terrible job I found out a few days later. By Saturday, the tips of my nail were turning black on almost all of the ends...so upon looking I found that she had not used enough polish or hit all of the tips.
Fast forward to Tuesday and one gel nail was already lifting and got pulled completely off. After 5 days this should not be happening...typically, since I take good care of my hands and nails, the gel manicure last at least 2 weeks.
I will not be back here. After so many mediocre manicures and now this, I am certain there is a better place in the area.
