They were prompt. I didn't wait at all. But once I was being helped, my lady cut me with her drill several times. At least 2 of the times that she cut me was towards the end when she was drilling the excess nail polish off of my cuticles, which I've never seen it done like that before. She was on her phone, not paying attention, and I believe that's how she cut me. When we were done, she put so much of that cuticle oil that it was literally dripping down my arm. I had to get a paper towel to wipe it all off. I paid, and of course, I tipped. But I will never go back. And I most certainly won't be recommend it to anyone else.

Great! Love this place! The massage chairs are amazing while getting the best mani/pedi!

Amazing! I made an appointment for 4 of us plus a child. They were able to seat us all together. They were very friendly and all of our pedicures turned out great ❤️ my family and I will be back!

I will never ever get my nails done here again. Tips were put on with gaps in between natural nails, acrylic was extremely thin and not applied evenly, nails were buffed only on top so if you feel my nail, it’s flat on the top and fat on the sides. Honestly they do not know how to do nails and if you know no better it could be fine for you but for me it didn’t work out. I’ve given them a few chances and every time my nails are awful. This time resulting in extreme pain from breaking off two nails due to thin and poor acrylic application. Very dissatisfied.

I would not recommend. Shaping on nails was absolutely terrible, looked as if he just cut the acrylics and didn’t shape at all. My nails hurt really bad the next few days from a poor job. A friend told me the next day when I was complaining about it that they made her bleed when she went. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
