They don’t show up when they’re suppose to. I went to them and people were waiting for them. It was 11:21 am when i went , they had been waiting since 10:30(the time they open) i stayed til 11:45 and still no one came. A WalMart associate called them and the phone was disconnected. I came back the next time and they still wasn’t there.....

I have been there a few years back and never had a problem with my nails. I went almost 2 weeks ago to get fill in and had the gel polish done because they said it last longer. Well IT DOES NOT. WITHIN A WEEK IT WAS COMING OFF AND PEELING. AND THE ACRYLIC IS LIFTING FROM MY NAILS. I am a stay at home mom so I don't put my nails through a lot so this shouldn't be happening. I will not be going back. I'm not happy with how my nails were looking after a week and with the money I spent on the fill in and the gel polish I shouldn't be dealing with any of these issues. Very unsatisfied and like I said will not go back.

I had the worst experience ever the guy that was working there threw his hand up at a lady. Also when i had sat down to do my feet there was a customer that was getting over charged when she explained her concern the lady snatched her debit card from her come to find out she was getting over charged the lady was refusing to refund her money finally the man gave her money back. But what really topped it off the same lady the over charged the customer started raising cain beside me screaming and hollering in my ear. I had to raise my voice at her and tell her to back up and that if there was a problem that they could handle it later after work she continued to yell and scream across the salon. Another customer had to raise her voice and say can someone please make her stop the screaming so we can get our nails done in peace when ask to be quite she still continued they had to ask her to pack her stuff and leave. I will never go back their very ruided people yall have losed my service.

Had very bad experience today young guy who did my pedicure was racist I had to put him in his place in front of everyone he was talking about me to other in employee but didnt know I understood language I will never go back again very disrespectful he probably do this all the time

Got my nails done here and for the first time ever my nails didn't hurt afterwards!
