Really love their work been going to them for gel manicure and it stays like forever😮😮 very friendly people even though i have to wait for a while but the wait is worth it💖💖......i recommend this place giving it a 5 🌟

So I've been going to Chi Nails in Pinole Ca. I'v been 3 times. So I keep noticing that the acrylic on the sides of my nails always seem to chip off after a few days. So this time not only was the sides chipping but both of my index fingers are cracked across my nail bed to the meat. And my middle finger the acrylic broke completely off the tip. I go in for a fill and I'm trying to explain to the lady (owner) what's going on with my nails and shes on the phone with it on loud speaker. So I'm patiently waiting for her to finish. When I tell her I'd like to talk to her about my nails she huffs because she has to get off of the phone. So as I'm trying to explain what's going on and she's acting annoyed. Then she starts to argue with me that the reason that my nails keep chipping is because they are natural and I need to get tips. LIES! She proceeds to start raising her voice when I bring to her attention that she's yelling she then says I'v been doing nails for years and people don't have a problem. She files just about all of the acrylic off of my nails and tells me that I can go somewhere else and get my nails done. This is truly a pivotal moment in my growth as a grown ass women. Because anybody that knows me knows that Ms. Chi is lucky she still can file a fingernail in her shop because the old me would have shut it DOWN! But nope not today Satan not today! So if you understand the importance of quality nail technique you WILL NOT GO TO CHI NAILS in Pinole Ca. The owner is rude and she uses cheap poor quality materials and supplies. The power of Social Media.
