Update: Incredibly inconsistent. Over the last couple months, they've expanded and hired on a lot of new people. The new people aren't as talented as the existing employees and the existing employees are hurrying through services because they are so busy and therefore resulting in less than stellar work. Some ladies work great fast but most don't. Of the last 4 -6 services only 2 have been amazing. Previously all services were amazing. Disappointed. Prices are higher than other places in the area too.
They need to clean their buffers and nail files more also. Other people’s nail dust shouldn’t be on them...

I called an hour before. Arrived and waited 45 min to be seen. I’m a very patient person so I wasn’t going to say much about this until enough was enough. My nails are done in high quality gel/ hard nails. I explained that over the phone, the lady was confident that they knew how to handle that. Clearly, they weren’t when I got there. Two nail technicians stared at my nails and one rudely spoke in her native language to another most likely describing how much work my nails were going to be. I noticed the obvious “stink eyes” by that point I had my hands foiled and unable to walk out. The next technician a younger gal giggles at how much powder was being “sawed” off my nails from the gel, which is typical to the product mind you. She then has the nerve to tell me “why don’t you take a break? Get a simple nail polish not gel.” I kindly smiled and said, “no thanks I only do gel, that’s why I’m here.” She continued on obviously her plan to get out of this wasn’t working. I asked for a simple design and by that point I could tell they wanted to get rid of me. I’m a client who takes too long in their “factory-like” processing area. Their boss said “ no it’s too complicated.” I was over it. Slap a basic gel color and some glitter and called it day. I won’t be back. Don’t advertise a service you don’t know how to handle.

Quick Service, reasonable pricing, nice staff. Always leave with a nice pedicure or manicure and the nail polish lasts it's longer than traditional even though I do not use gel or shellac.

i was expecting it to be good but it wasn’t. she took almost 2 hours just for a fill and my nails are now all different shapes and sizes. and the polish was horrible. i do not recomend this place at all.

I went to this salon expecting to have decent pricing and good customer service. Instead I had to pay 28 dollars for a GEL manicure. When before it was only 15... full set, FULL set acrylic is CHEAPER then gel.. because it “lasts longer” RIP OFF. Getting fake nails put on should be more expensive then a gel. Also customer service wasn’t as nice as expected, for I asked “why is gel more expensive then acrlyic” and she responded “ you can ask her” in a snobby tone... would not recommend this place, you can find other nail salons for cheaper more affordable prices than this place. Also asked my girl to only do one coat for I liked it alittle more natural and she completely ignored me and added three coats which is not what I wanted, now I wasted my time and $33 dollars. Very disappointed and not pleased.
