I tried them out fir the first time on last Saturday. The lady got so upset with me because I didn't want NexGen nails and stated she couldn't do my nails another lady would. When the other lady sat down to do my nails she did a rush job and missed a few steps in the process. I let her finish and she charged me $42 dollars for short, square nails fully polished and I didn't want to argue so I paid and left. By Monday my nails were lifting up and by this Saturday all my nails are off, not broken just off. I will never go back to them again.

I came in to nails star this morning, and I had the great opportunity to have Jay work on my nails. She is literally amazing!! She was super quick, and she made my nails look beautiful. I definitely recommend Jay, she’s great!!

Super in love with my nails!!! Both gentlemen who did my nails (next gen and pedi) were friendly and patient. Would definitely go back.
