The woman who did my nails dug under my fingernail and when I said that hurt, she laughed at me. When I told her it hurt, she said"You too soft. That not hurt.".
You do NOT tell a customer that did not hurt. And you DO NOT LAUGH AT THEM.

Always busy on the weekends so make an appointment if you need something done. Clean equipment and facility. Staff is friendly and they enjoy friendly banter with clients. Never had an issue with pricing and always walk away happy. I’ve had several pedicures, manicure and waxing.
