I have been going there since December of 2017! And the owner is very RUDE to black people! Even though she only has 2 techs the tech Tee is awesome she does an amazing job. Yes she's black and the owner treats her like a slave. Tee likes to take her time to do a good job, but what I have noticed is everytime Tee is working on an black customer the owner always ask her what's taking so long and did she charge us the correct amount. And when I/we leave and always says thank you she never says anything. But when a white customer says thank you as they're going out the door the owner always says you're welcome and sorry for the wait. I have gone in there and she never says thank you and sorry for the wait. I have nothing against other nationalities, because I have alot of white friends, but I hate when I'm not treated equal. I work very hard for my money. So I give the business 2 stars and give my tech 10 STARS!

Been living in Raleigh for 5yrs now and when it comes to getting my eyebrows waxed I experienced a lot of hits and miss ( mainly 1st visits are great and then they start messing up). This is my 1st time at top nails and I believe I've found my go to for my eyebrows. They were very nice and she took her time, I explained my uneven brows and the fact that it's ok if she didn't get them to look "perfect" but that's what she did, she got them to look neat and even...Thank you!!!! I will be coming back!!!

I rarely write reviews but this place deserves to be made aware of for horrible service. The man Tony there is repulsive in his attitude and customer service he acts as if he is doing a service to you and you are an inconvenience. I had a full set with the new metallic polish and it was just a mess!! Not to mention it’s an additional $15.00 for this! My nails are lifted on some spots which mean I can easily get fungus and the polish is sloppy And the edges are not painted I wish I could add pictures. I really hate to leave reviews I usually take my loss and stray from those places, but this place is so bad in customer service and skill that it deserves to not be in business and give the space to a better nail salon. They have only one pleasant young lady and she does pedicures which she did mine and it looked amazing. Please do not come to this place and save your time and money there are plenty of nice places with great customer service.

My normal place was closed, so I stopped by here for a pedicure. It was ok... I was able to walk right in, no appointment, no wait,which was nice.

This salon is so awesome and the staff is so accommodating. I have always been impressed with their quick service and the quality of their service. I highly recommend this salon!
