This is such a nice salon, I'm honestly a little mad that I haven't come in sooner! Everyone was very friendly, fast, and my nails look great! The salon is very clean and bright, with plenty of tables and chairs. I stopped in on a monday evening and only had to wait for a few minutes before I was taken back to a chair. They also offer pedicures, which I will be coming back to try soon. They cleaned the chairs very thoroughly after each pedicure, which I love to see.
Thanks so much for the great experience, I can't wait to come back!

I left Lavish Nails today after walking in at about 6:47pm to get a dip polish. There were two techs in the shop and three customers being serviced (one for nails and two for pedicures). The male tech said it would be a 30 min wait. I remembered that they closed at 7:30 and asked what time they closed and he confirmed 7:30pm. As I sat there I got a gut feeling that I was an inconvenience for them because there was no welcome only the mention of an extremely long wait. Then they spoke to each other in Vietnamese and that was my confirmation that my gut feeling was correct so I left. After leaving, I called another nail salon that closed at 8pm and asked if they could service me. They said yes. Here's the kicker, while seated in that other salon, a customer came in and the person at the front desk honestly told her they couldn't service her due to the time but encouraged her to return tomorrow. This is where Lavish failed. I don't think they wanted to service me so close to their closing time, but they could have just said so. I might not have liked that answer but it would have been an honest one. It's a shame because Lavish is literally 5 mins from my house but I don't plan to return due to this initial encounter.

I've been there x2 my first visit was great and couldn't wait to go back. My gel nails lasted over 3 weeks prob 4. This time was so disappointed. Got there had to wait, no big deal. Took me back wrapped my nails the manicurist went to look for polish, then we decided on dipping them, left me brought the stuff back and went to finish a pedicure. Again I was ok. Came back left and took another pedicure. I sat no attendant for at least 30 min. Another manicurist left her client, took my polish off. I left, charged me $5 no apologies, no nothing... won't be going back.

Walked in and was immediately helped. Picked out my polish and got this beautiful set. Tony paid very close attention to details and did a wonderful job. Fun little convo too! Will definitely return.

Was running late they still took my nephew
(from out of town) and my appointment...
in fact they close at 7:30 and we showed up at 7:22
I felt horrible- they were so accommodating
DO NOT DO THIS TO THEM.
They were so sweet and did an impeccable job.
Worth twice as much
They have earned my business for life.
