If I could give no stars I would! Horrible customer service! The staff was very uneducated when it came to the vehicle trailer that attached to the moving truck. It damaged our vehicle and they took zero responsibility. They also forgot to give the walk around receipt. Thank goodness the receiving rental place understood and did charge us for the damage done previously to the truck. I would NEVER recommend this place!

I rented a one way from this location and equipment I rented caused this to be the worst trip of my life. They couldn't service their trucks because the brakes were poor it rained in the inside of the truck when I ran into rain in two states. The truck didnt shift well at all on incline. The windshield wipers were poor. Gas guzzler because hard time shifting to pull through inclines ormountains. The middle seat was broken. Just poor. I should've paid more for uhual because it wont happen again.

Is it possible to rate this establishment negative stars? Terrible customer service. The gentleman at the desk, who I presume is the franchisee?...was one of the rudest people I've ever met. He definitely did not care about customer satisfaction. He was very argumentative with me about an error made by the website, then tried to charge me for a larger truck when I reserved a smaller one. Also this man claimed there were no trucks available, when the lot (front and back) were full of trucks. The U haul rental location down the street was a class act. The woman who worked there commented that I was not the first person to leave budget and rent from them. Hopefully budget corporate office will address mine and many of the other complaints against this location.

This was an awful experience during my last rental. First i scheduled my reservation a month in advanced and it wasnt until the day before that i receive a call from this place and the man tells me that i wouldnt be able to pick up the truck due to it being a holiday and they weren't open. I was told this an hour before closing on a Sunday. So I had to rush home from work and get to this place to rent my truck. I had to pay for an extra day based off their mistake that they made and didn't bother to tell me until the day before. I returned my truck within my time frame I was supposed to but because it was after hours, I was charged an extra day I didn't use which was over $100. I called the budget truck company and they refunded me for that one day but when I tried to deal with issues and concerns I had, I had the most difficult time getting a hold of anyone. They had me on hold for over an hour just to hang up on me at one point. I'm giving them one star because the owner was nice and understanding of my situation while I was having to rent the truck because I did have to have it longer than expected, but it wasn't until I returned it that they became rude and unprofessional. My review will have to suffice. Do not go here!!
