I never leave reviews but this was miserable!!! I made my appointment for 1. The lady (Heidi) did not attend to me until 1:17. I did a tip and dip. From the beginning she burned me a few times with the electric file and made faces when I pulled my hand away. When she asked for shape I said square/round. They ended up being square so when I asked her to reshape them she got an attitude saying if she has to do it again she will charge me and she was doing me a favor warning me and should have just charged me because she doesn’t have time! Excuse me, she was late starting my appointment, not my fault that her next appointment showed up. Had she been on time to start with she wouldn’t be in the situation. My dip is not evenly spread and filed. It looks like hills on my nails. I am so disappointed but even after that I was the bigger person and still tipped her the 20%. I hope she was just having a bad day but seriously DONT GO HERE!

I had given up on finding a good nail salon in Shreveport, until today. My husband called and made us appointments for pedicures and I decided to get my nails done while I was there . Lucy was ABSOLUTELY amazing! Everything about my deluxe pedi was perfect. I honestly didn’t have high hopes going in , solely because of past experiences with other salons. Not only did Lucy exceed my pedi expectations , she also somehow managed to fix the terrible eyebrow wax job a tech from another salon gave me . She genuinely listened to my requests and preference of how I like my nails shaped, which is a huge thing for me. My husband had a great experience with his tech as well, however, I did not catch her name. This will be my go-to place for my nails and eyebrows now!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went and she rushed me to pick out a color; which should've been the key for me to leave, then. Once I sat down in the chair, I told her that I wanted almond nails. Instead, she gave me coffin nails! Then again, I said I would like almond nails. She then proceeded to file the nails into a coffin shape. I then, got out of the chair with nails glued to my fingers, with no acrylic (thank God) and I went home and decided that I would never return.

No lotion was actually massaged onto my hands or feet, so t minus 5 till I'm ashy AF. She tried to convince me to get an overlay. My nails were all different lengths and she didn't even offer to cut them down. I had to ask. When I asked for an American mani, she looked at me like I had 3rd head. I acquired the second head at some point shortly after arriving. Filing dust was left on my hands and got stuck in the clear Polish that I settled for since American manicure was unheard of. My nails are rough and catching on things. She dry cut my cuticles and upon closer inspection, the Polish wasn't really cleaned off the skin around my toes. I think I would have gotten more joy out of setting that gift certificate on fire. I'll be going home to give myself a clear gel manicure.
