went here today they made my toes look amazing i got the shellac pedicure it was $10 cheaper then other places i have been to. not busy not crowded. friendly staff. attended to me right away as a walk in. i will be back for sure! not sure why the crappy reviews. i know good vs bad service check my 200+ other reviews. i tell it like it is.

I JUST went in for a full last week and got gel. Less than a week later my nail polish is chipping off and one of my nails already broke. Now, I'm not hard on my nails or anything. I have an office job. I recommended coworkers and friends to this location. It's too bad. It's open later than most nail salons which is great...

Wife went in to get a polish change for her finger nails. Since she's pregnant she did not want to sit directly under the UV light for nail drying, she asked if the light could be turned off for just a few minutes while her nails air dried. Instead of granting this simple request they told my wife that she had to immediately leave. She had not paid yet and her nails were wet, so an employee had to open her purse, fish out her wallet and complete the transaction (generously trying to tip herself 3 dollars in the process of course) She left in tears and I had to go in and get her change back. Absolutely horrific customer service, the worst she's ever had. Puyallup has many great nail shops, try those instead.

My sister and I use to go here. They did a wonderful job on our acrylics. My sister decided that she would get a package and do a mani (acrylics) and pedi. She ended up getting a nail fungus in her toes that she hasn't been able to get rid of to this day. We use to visit them every 2 weeks back in 04. Not sure if things have changed but definitely not taking that chance.

First of all they rushed me and my nails didn't feel like they were properly done. Second they did what they wanted with my nails and I didn't get what I wanted. Third they did the most awful French tips I've ever seen. Looked like something my niece could have done. Fourth very expensive. Five the place itself was filthy. I wish I didn't have to say these but it's💯% true. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
