This place is super affordable. The area isn’t the greatest. Neighbors are great. My experience has been pleasant. Maintenance is quick to help. New property management seems to really be trying to lift this neighborhood up too and have always been helpful with my concerns. Only downside or complaint I have is what seems to be a roach infestation. I didn’t have any in a previous apartment on the same property, so I’m not sure if it’s just this side of them that has the problem.

Not happy with management i rented basically because of spa and its always full of kids no parental supervision kids coming from across the street putting food and urinating in pool and spa. Garbage from other tenants all over the place. Roach problems. I would not recommend to anyone unless management starts taking care of problems. What a rip off apartment complex ill be glad when my year is up
