I have been coming to Best Nails for 4 years now! I love that they remember my name when I walk in. They have been taking lots of precautions since Covid hit (sanitizing in between people, masks, asking us to wash our hands before touching a nail polish color). It’s the best place I’ve found for the price in Lubbock. I recommend Best Nails to all my friends! I always leave satisfied with the service here.

I love coming here! I have had great service here for my nails and toes for several years. I drive across town just to have Katy do my nails. They are friendly and kind. I have had my nails done by nearly everyone there and would be fine with any of them. I also took my elderly mother and mother in law there for the last few years. They were patient with each little lady even though the ladies were hard of hearing. And everyone made a point to help me with their wheelchairs, walkers and oxygen.

Literally after paying for 2 sets of new nails, I am now sitting in a new salon getting them redone. They had old nail polish that was thinned down, crooked nails, not good shape or filed properly. I'm a very easy person to please that's how horrible they look. Definitely won't be back.

I had a first-time appointment where I received a shellac fill with Jade, the owner, and she was very professional, attentive to detail, kind, and quick to provide a nail service that I was extremely pleased with. I have had my nails done for more than 30 years and she took a mess and made it beautiful. They were perfectly shaped, had exactly the design that I requested and I am very please with the final product. I also had a pedicure and Jade gave me someone who also gave me excellent service. Her shop was clean, warm and inviting. She made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this shop.

Best nail place in the LBK...and I’ve been to a few. Friendliest techs in town...they feel like family! Go see them! You won’t be disappointed.
