It was very nice, but my friend and I left very disappointed. They didn't shape my nails correctly, complained about how I wanted them, and changed one of my colors. This was my friend's first time getting acrylics. They made her's too long even though she asked them to be shorter and they wouldn't round them out for her. They ended up square instead of round.

I have had nothing but problems with my SNS dip nails chipping and breaking. Mind you I have gone other places and can over 2 weeks before i get them done again. Not here. I have had to go back to get them fixed 3 days after having them done and going back 2 more times in less then two week. The first time they didnt match my color to the orginial color then the second time the used the color that they used at the first time they fixed them. Now I had to back the third time and get 3 nails fixed again and it a different color again. I told them I wanted them all redone because of colors nit matching and so many breaking. Nope she only redid 2 and took the top coats off the rest and dipped a few and left the ithers and repolished top coats. Now I have 3 different colors on. I will never go back again.

Too busy trying to upsell, rather than listening to what customer actually wants. While getting pedicures (upgraded to spa pedi $30,that apparently doesn't include leg massage), convinced us into manicures, then tried to talk us into shellac or dip (for additional charge of $25-$35) They didn't put the color on my toes i had picked out! I settled. Showed picture of manicure wanted, did nothing even close. Told me she would give me 10% off, but charged me full price for all. Had been going for years, but not impressed with the changed staff, the upselling, and yet again being excited to treat myself after working so much only to be disappointed. Went home crying because was a waste of my time and money.
