I went last week for an all over highlights which I've been getting for well over 15 years. I showed the instructor Lisa what my hair looked like the last time and that this was what I wanted. She chose to ignore what I said and convinced me to use color instead of bleach all while ensuring me that I would look just like the picture I showed her. Even before my hair was dry after the shampoo I told her it wasn't right and that was not what I wanted. She went on to continue to dismiss my feeling and concern over and over. After I left in tears I called to come get it fixed. When I arrived today a different instructor told me that per Lisa's notes I could get 10 foils or pay for a complete all over highlight again. I have already spend $112 and 8 hours to not get what I wanted. I dont feel like I should have to pay again. I left instead. The stylist Letty was wonderful make no mistake this was in no way her fault. It is solely the fault of Lisa who chose to do what she wanted despite my continued concern and unhappiness during the process. I have been coming to this hair school and referring others here for 10 years. I'm sadden to say i will no longer be doing so.
The pictures include the picture I showed her from my last time highlighting it and the other is what I showed vs what I got. It is not even close to the blond I showed her.

TSPA is an amazing school!
I was a student in the part time day program and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The instructors are so encouraging and very hands on. Any questions I had in the whole 14 months I was there (and trust me...I had a lot of questions) they were happy to answer. The education you get here is top notch. Not only do they teach you the techniques of cutting, coloring, styling, etc., they teach you the business side of this industry as well. This school really gave me the skills and the confidence I needed to go far in my career.

Amazing Experience...
I am a recent graduate from TSPA Fort Myers. Having started later in life to change my career, I had an amazing opportunity to enjoy this 14mth journey alongside my beautiful daughter (also graduate from TSPA Fort Myers) I cannot truly express how grateful I am to have chosen TSPA. The environment in which they place their students is one that enables only the BEST possible outcome in a growing industry. Setting the stage for their students and equipping them with only the best resources in order to succeed in their career. Thank you TSPA for giving us the tools needed to start our new journey...making others feel good about themselves. We will continue to Rise by Inspiring others.

Taryn took me from deep natural grey hair to a beautiful redhead. She will go far in this business. Professional caring Hairdresser. Also Lisa the teacher was also checking students work and was kind to me and caring about everyone's work. The best experience I ever had since moving to Florida from New York City. Stick with TSBA and the professionals. I set my next appointment for six weeks with Crystal, the Receptionist, another person who was efficient with a big warm smile.
