I have gone here for about two years. I see Shelby every time and she is the best! Highly recommend her to everyone. I don't know much about their other services but my men's cut and brow wax is always great. The people who work here get to know you over time and will remember you every time you come back.

I've been getting my hair done here for about two years now by Terri. I have naturally curly and thick hair and she has been phenomenal at helping me maintain it. She also leaves me with a great cut that doesn't mess up my layers or look strange once it drys and before it grows out! Everyone at Rachel's is always very friendly and helpful. I've had my nails and makeup done here and I highly recommend all of those services. You should definitely check their prices online before you go in for a cut as they are an Aveda salon but I promise every penny is worth it.

I lived my experience at Rachels!! I went does the first time and had my hair cut by Shelby. From the moment I walked in the door there were so many good vibes. They offered beverages and light refreshments and they took my coat. The location is amazing, the heart of Downtown. Shelby hyped me up the whole time and cut my hair beautifully and styled it as well. A great price for a quality hair cut! Will definitely be returning.

I recently moved to TN and every time I leave a nail salon I miss Rachel's Salon & Day Spa so much. I seriously can't find anything better. Every time you leave the salon, you'll leave with perfect nails that will last!

Love this downtown salon. Great energy... just the right amount of zen and serenity mixed in with southern hospitality and light. I always leave feeling special and pampered.
