Just experienced the worst pedicure of my life, courtesy of Blooming Nails & Spa. Lets start from the top, there were four people working today and only one client when my mother and I got there. There was one woman working who had her toddler with her. I tried to be patient because having a job and child can be difficult and maybe a sitter fell through, just bad luck. The tub water was cold, the chairs are uncomfortable, and there's a child yelling. Not the most relaxing thing, but I decided to carry on even though my gut was telling me to get the hell out of that place. The mother was doing my nails, she had no idea what she was doing, the whole process was extremely uncomfortable. Her son was chewing on the block that was supposed to rub my foot. My mom's nails weren't even filed. All I heard for an hour straight was the workers talking, no music or tv, the workers would stop doing out nails so they could talk. Once I had finished I had sat down by the door and two women just stared at me... so uncomfortable. Okay, worst of all the overcharged my mom and I so they could get a tip..........................WHAT. We were charged 22 for a pedicure and 13 dollars for gel. This whole place is just twisted. It's a failing business, the workers aren't good at their craft and I've never wished for a business to be closed down but I hope this place does soon. If you would like to experience the worst time of your life then visit this place!

I'm having a difficult time finding a great and affordable nail salon in Visalia. I like the service but it bugs me that cuticle trimming isn't done here when doing gel or powder gel manicures. They don't even provide a decent hand massage.

I heard great stuff went in and the lady was rude you can’t even understand them and they get upset when you ask them too repeat themselves. The lady cut me and just laughed then she was talking bad about my sweater. Don’t recommend and they also cut my friend. Terrible customer service

I visited another nail salon first. They told me a 10 minute wait but after 30 minutes I walked out.
This was my first visit to Blooming Nails. I got right in and was very pleased. He took his time shaping my nails without any sensitivity to the nail bed. He also did artwork from a video I showed him. It was perfect! This Is the place to go ladies.

Got a pedicure and she didnt even scrub my feet hard enough to even remove dry skin. Then she finished said sit there and went to another customer. She didnt even paint my nails good. The sides didn't have polish. She can back and did another coat. But still no one used a dryer on my toes. I left with wet toes. Absolutely ridiculous place. Never had a place not dry my toes. Do not recommended young lady.
