The 1st time I went to Gel Nails Mimi was very nice; very personable! This time the lady at the counter with very long hair was very rude and Mimi was not pleasant either! She did a awesome job with my eyebrows as before but the French manicure on my toes left a lot to be desired! I come from the Crown Point area; there are plenty of nails shops between there and Hammond! As a customer I should not have to deal with a funky attitude because you are not having a good day! I asked for cotton candy over my toes and she put candy crush which is not the same; I didn’t like it and she had the nerve to act offended! Had she showed me the color before she put it on this could have been avoided! I pointed out several areas that needed to be touched up which was a problem!!! Very sad guess I will go back to the shop in Schererville!!!! You would think with all the competition around here they would treat their customers better!!!!!!

Mimi is TERRIBLE at lashes!!! Never come hear for lashes! She have you uncomfortable. She apply them wrong! They fall off in 3days! When I get mines done in Minnesota it last for 2 weeks! So I went back to Mimi showed her my eye she had a complete attitude! Girl stick to nails! Lashes ain't your specialty for sure! Never coming here again

They charge $25 for a pedicure and it was literally the worst I have ever had. The service sucked and they don’t even care. I wish I could give 0 stars. My feet were not smooth and the polish job was terrible!
