Going here was unfortunately the worst hair salon experience I have ever had. I first went to get my hair done to my natural color and ended up with grey hair so had to go back and get it re-colored. Went back a couple months later (not sure why I went back) and got my hair done bleach blonde and the stylist got distracted and forgot about me being under the chair, I felt my hair and it was fried, pieces literally breaking off as I sat there. She came and clearly realized her mistake, went back a few times after to get some treatment done to minimize the damage but nothing helped. My hair was completely fried, I was completing embarrassed to go out in public it was so bad and to top it off, I was offered no apology or refund. Reason I write this a year and a half later is that my hair still has barely recovered from it, it's still damaged and there has been no growth since. I have spent more money on expensive hair products trying to nurture my hair back to health than ever before. I hope services here have improved since my horrible experience but take this review as a warning if you decide to get your hair done here. Would hate for what happened to me to happen to anyone else. While it was the worst experience ever, I am more disappointed in the lack of customer service, I essentially paid to have my hair completely destroyed.
UPDATE: I would like to note that after looking at the staff currently employed, I presume the girl that did my hair no longer works there since I don't see her listed.

Great interior look, comfortable leather chairs in a waiting room, displays of all the new products, great stylists (did a perfect job on my hair). All around one of the greatest places around the Union Township to get a haircut.

Mariah was the absolute best and made my hair look absolutely amazing. Will come back again.
