This is just another complex that was originally built to be apartments. I lived in one of the 2 bedroom units in the late 90's and was able to hear almost everything that took place in the unit above me. Given the price of condominiums, I believe they should be build with much better sound-proofing between units than are most apartments.

Not a place for someone you love. Short staffed, laundry does not get done, bedding is rarely changed, residents are not given daily hygiene.
