I found it very easy to schedule my haircut & they even send a text reminder the day before! Very professional, friendly staff and a super clean store. I would definitely recommend Skylar for a haircut because she was my stylist but it looked like everyone there did an awesome job! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Plus they give first responders free haircuts, how cool is that?!

I was referred to Megan by my cousin. I though that random haircuts from whoever was having a sale was doing it for me.... and I finally went to Megan and saw the difference of a great haircut! I got a shorter a-line, bob. I love it! Megan is also so nice, took her time and gave me her advice on what to do! I’m so excited to go back to her already!!! 😃

So i went in w an open mind because my hair has been destroyed through so much bleaching. I was sitting at an orange color. Skyler did my hair and all of her coworkers helped as well and were very open w me about my options for my hair. The end result was hi and lo lights and its gorgeous. So grateful for this place💚

It was my first time in and was nervous as usual with a new salon. I loved that they did free cuts for first responders. Unfortunately this eneded up being the worst cut Ive ever had and its a short cut so there is nothing I can do about it. She did a beautiful job on my color but Im headed to sallys now to buy color in hopes to cover the choppiness, uneveness and unblended appearance of the back. The girl was sweet but i ended up just saying it was fine so it didnt get any worse. I really dont want to go back to get it fixed in fear it will get worse. Now im out 100 dollars and have to color over the beautiful blonde I got to try and hide the cut.
Im sorry, someone called me this morning and I felt a bit better but after this response....Im super upset again. I left damn near in tears. I had to correct the stylist three times and repeatedly showed her the pic. I was left with two horrible weight lines which kept getting shorter and shorter until I looked like sonic the hedgehog. Its so short It wont even lay down to style. I was so embarrassed to go to the store today. Im dreading going to work. Another stylist looked at it for me and was in shock. I never even spoke with a manager so...not sure what that is about. I TRUELY appreciate the free cut and your support but this was the WORST cut I have ever had. I still paid for the color which I feel should be refunded since i will have to wear a hat for three months until it grows enough to try again. The owner who called me wouldnt accept a photo as proof of the cut since I have a super busy schedule. I do NOT want to go back in, to have someone look at it, especially now. Please see these photos. An A'-line stacked cut should be arched in shape, Ive had it my whole life. This is rounded and awful. I will not name the stylist because Im sure she is great at some cuts but if you cant do certain ones...ask someone else. This is my head, I have to live with this not. UgGGGHHH. So embarrassing, cant even get extensions. tried that today! I would pay 500 dolllars to reverse what happened.
