It is IMPARATIVE that you have someone who can understand you and vice versa in the beauty business. They put two separate people at my feet, both of which could speak little to no english. They could not understand my requests nor could i understand their responses to my requests. I asked that they dont file my toenails all the way down, they did. I asked them to smooth out acrylic on my big toe, they tried to file my toenail down even more. After 30 mins of this type of miscommunication i asked to just pay for what they had done and leave to go elsewhere. Ended up leaving there w one foot painted and still paid for a full pedi, to save an argument. An argument which i am confident niether of us would understand. Now ill be going on my beach vacation with a PITIFUL pedicure. Zero concern for customer satisfaction. ZERO!!!! The fact theyd charge me full price when im walking out with half my toes painted is absolutely ridiculous. Never going back, prolly wont even shop at the Northfield Kroger just because its in the same shopping center. Smh

This was my first time I ever got gel nails done. I had Annie and she was very gentle. I have sensitive nail beds and my cuticles are always bad because I work in a restaurant and have to wash my hands constantly. They did a great job. I’ll be back to try other services.

It was a little bit of a wait due to college graduation but when Annie finally got to me she offered wine and didn't serve it in a plastic cup! She did a beautiful job with my pedi and Wes did great with my full set and gel polish, pleasant experience, no complaints.

Absolutely fabulous. Nails are exquisite. Wess "The Best" did an awesome job with my nails. 10 stars!!!! ❤
