Lived here for a year, just resigned my lease. It’s a beautiful area, beautiful buildings, love it. Pool & gym on site, lovely neighbors (pets included) & front office/maintenance people are prompt and attentive. 👍🏼

In regards to the water, the if the water is too hard, please contact your town's water department. The water is not controlled by Beacon Mills Apartments. All water annuals reports are made public by the town's water department. I am a water resource engineer.

Don't let the "pet friendly" label fool you - they are barely even "pet tolerant." We pay $50 extra a month (plus a deposit) and all we get are poop bags - SOMETIMES. They run out and we have to wait at least a week before they get more. We were told we would be getting a fenced in play area for dogs - never happened. Now they are talking about phasing out dogs to only allow them in apartments that have doors directly to the outside (hardly any of them).
The people who live here are horrible and complain about everything - they organized a night just to complain about everything they don't like. Also - terrible water. I used one of those at home tests and it was really high on the hardness scale and tested positive for bacteria (don't know what kind). I have contacted a company to come do an official test. I hate it so much I'm almost willing to lose my security deposit to move elsewhere.

Very cozy and beautiful apartments. Management works with your concerns and maintenance guys are very attentive and respectful. Electric heat & central air. Pool & gym on site.
